• Topo Survey Work
• Prepare Feasibility Study Report,
• Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIA), Architectural Presentation Drawings,
• Prepare Master plan, 3D drawings (Perceptions) and scale paper model,
• Architectural working drawing and detailing,
• Structural design and drawing,
• Plumbing and sanitary design including the water
supply and sanitation system STP (Sewerage Treatment Plant),
• HVAC design including the air-conditioning ducting drawing and central ventilation system,
• Fire fighting design including the fire detection system, fire sprinkler, hydrant and other suppression system,
• Preparation of Bill of quantities (BOQ) and specification, Bid Documents.

BARISAL AIRPORT
• Extension of Runway from 6000 ft to 8500 ft
• Widening of Runway from 100 ft to 150 ft
• Strengthening of existing Runway to achieve PCN of 70
• Extension of Apron by (450 x 200) sft area
• Buiding Works (Control Tower, Power House, Pump House, CCR, Guard Room, Overhead
• Water Tank, Fire Station & Residential Quarters) (2841 sqm)
• Pavement Works including Taixway, Shoulder, Stopway
• Boundary wall and Security fencing
• Divisioin of Road, Car Park
• Land Development
• Airfield Ground Lighting System
• Electro-Mechanical Equipment
• Installation of VOR & DME
• Water Supply & Drainage system incl. culvert
