This project is one of three medical university complexes commissioned by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, on behalf of the Honourable Prime Minister. It consists of 47 buildings which include:

• 9 storied non clinical faculties building
• 5-storied lecture gallery
• 10 storied nurse dormitory
• 10 storied male & female hostel
• 10 storied male & female staff residence
• 5 storied library
• 4 storied TSC
• 10 storied apartments
• 4-storied school
• 11 storied hotel
• 6 storied guest house
• 2-storied masjid
• 2-storied sports complex
